The DGP meets sustainably!

Together with you, we want to conserve natural resources and have once again focused on sustainability when planning the 108th DGP Annual Conference:

• Modern and well refurbished conference venue. Leipziger Messe is Green Globe certified: https://www.leipziger-messe.de/en/company/sustainability/
• The CCL is easily accessible by public transport via S-Bahn and streetcar.
• Predominantly vegetarian catering throughout the conference - seasonal, regional and with as little waste as possible (e.g. take-what-you-want buffet instead of ready-made lunch bags in the industry symposia)
• Flyers and program booklets made from environmentally friendly FSC-certified paper
• Slim program booklet without detailed views of the sessions. Please use the DGP 2025 app and the online planner to plan your conference visit. We will provide you with both in spring 2025 for your congress planning.
• Name badges without plastic sleeves
• Environmentally friendly advertising materials and conference bag
• Local subcontractors (florist, technicians, catering, etc.) to avoid long journeys
• Environmentally friendly running shirts for the Patho-Run participants
