Information on presentations

Presentations for oral lectures should be created as MS PowerPoint files in 16:9 format and submitted on site at least 2 hours before the start of the session on a USB stick at the media desk.
If a presentation is to take place in the first time slot on Friday or Saturday, please submit it the day before. Presentations to be held on Thursday, June 12, 2025, can be submitted from 8:30 a.m. onwards.
Presentations containing videos or animations as well as special fonts or characters must be checked in advance. The technicians at the media desk will be happy to assist you.
All files provided will be deleted immediately after the end of the conference.

From this year onwards, the conference language will be English so that the growing number of international participants can follow all presentations.
In exceptional cases, sessions may be held in German. All participants will be informed of this in advance.
The official PowerPoint template in the conference layout is available here.

Disclosure of conflicts of interest
Please use the first slide of your presentation to disclose any conflicts of interest in your contribution.
Please use the following COI-slide template.

All presentations will be uploaded centrally to the lecture halls via the media desk. It is not possible to use your own notebooks or USB sticks in the meeting rooms.
