Young Forum

Young Forum 1 - Workshop: My Most Educational Mistakes – Error Culture in Pathology

Friday, May 29, 2026, 3:00-4:15 pm

Following the workshops on “New Leadership in Pathology” (2024) and “New Work in Pathology” (2025), the AG Junge Pathologie continues its workshop series with the topic “My Most Educational Mistakes – Error Culture in Pathology” on Friday afternoon, May 29, 2026.

Together, we aim to explore personal experiences, structural challenges, and a constructive error culture in pathology. Four contributors from different areas of pathology will share their most educational mistakes and the lessons they have learned from them. Following these short impulse talks, interactive small-group discussions will provide participants with the opportunity to reflect on their own experiences, exchange perspectives, and gain practical insights for their daily professional work. The goal of the workshop is to promote an open, professional, and learning-oriented approach to errors.
The workshop will be held in German.

All interested participants are warmly invited to attend. Participation in the workshop is included in the conference registration fee. The number of participants is limited. Please register early via the online registration.
